I designed an i² Illustrated Identity for my favourite restaurant, Café Restaurant Amsterdam. The building itself, a refurbished water purification factory in the Westerpark area of Amsterdam, is breath-taking. It has endlessly high ceilings, yet the acoustics are better than many smaller restaurants and the menu is very varied, ranging from caviar to the famous Dutch snack, ‘kroket’ which is untranslatable 😉
My design can be seen as a large aluminium print in the entrance hallway or you can grab a free postcard of it. Additionally, Cradam sells a tote bag for €15.
