The building itself, a refurbished water purification factory in the Westerpark area of Amsterdam, is breath-taking. It has endlessly high ceilings, yet the acoustics are better than many smaller restaurants and the menu is very varied, ranging from caviar to the famous Dutch snack, &#8216;kroket&#8217; which is untranslatable \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>My design can be seen as a large aluminium print in the entrance hallway or you can grab a free postcard of it.
